Re: Vic Hall and Order of Melchizedek

Hello Paul, Good question. No, it wasn’t necessarily all egos. There was undoubtedly a time where God’s Word was the foundation of all that happened, and the message was strong and compelling. But bubbling away was the clamour to get a cut of the action. Think of how many young people went to ‘bible...

Re: Vic Hall and Order of Melchizedek

Yes Faith, agreed that the assumption by XCF of XCF being the messenger to the world is what empowered them and the shunning and sycophants & all the loonyness. I and my wife often ourselves said 'where else could we go'? We knew it was cultish to say that but we thought we were in the same situati...

A Handmaid's Tale - Vic's fantasy world?

Anyone watch the series, A Handmaid's Tale? Or read the decades-old book?

It reminded me of BCF so much. Sort of porn for power-mad, puffed-up preachers.

Re: The "Yes-No" Plebiscite ourpoliticians have called a "Survey"

Thanks Eagles, it was edifying to read about Corrie, always a great reminder that forgiveness is an act of will, not a conditional whim. In regards to the 'postal survey', it is shameful, in my opinion, that our so-called leaders can't do the job they are paid to do. What a dreadful waste of $122 mi...

Re: Covenant Family

It's all based on 1 Cor 7:14 14For the unbelieving husband is sanctified through his believing wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy. To partly come to MCF/BCF's defence here, how else are we to in...
