Re: Contact with Family still in CF
Hi there - I recently came across this forum after listening to the “Let’s Talk About Sects” podcast. I’m interested in whether anyone has any further information about the word being preached about distancing yourself from family members who are no longer in the xCF? My relationship with my family ...

Re: Where are all the other ‘Lampstand churches’?
wouldn't be surprised if VJH got snuck in via xcf members who have commercial dealings with that nation. Only conjecture and not true afaik. don't want to elaborate in case there is real threat to members safety. Just saying it wouldn't be a surprise if he went to those lengths.

Where are all the other ‘Lampstand churches’?
I was reading the BCF website today and noted the following: “ In our day, the Lord is restoring the administration of lampstand churches which will overcome the spirit of antichrist in the world. More importantly, however, this administration will accomplish the purpose of God in heaven and on the ...

Re: THE GOD WHO SEES
Prayer:
‘Open the eyes of my heart, Lord, so that I can see others the way You see them.’
If those who shun others would prayer this prayer, miracles would be possible. Healing and reconciliation would result.

THE GOD WHO SEES
The God Who Sees Jeremiah 12: 3 “But You, O Lord, know me; You have seen me, and You have tested my heart toward You. “ God doesn't look away from the broken, the weak or the fallen. He saw Hager sitting by a spring in the wilderness (Genesis 16:7), and Jeremiah, knew that God saw him as well. Unde...

Re: The Insidious Harm of Spiritual Abuse
Has anyone ever heard Vic say he is a sinner saved by the grace of God? Has anyone ever heard Vic giving glory to Jesus? Has anyone ever heard Vic slandering other ministries? Hi guest, I think you are highlighting an extremely important point! I’ve heard more than three decades of his teaching, an...

Re: The Insidious Harm of Spiritual Abuse
I’m not suggesting that elders should do whatever their congregation tells them to do, but it’s clear that submission goes both ways. The authority the elders have is to teach and preach the Word of God (not their own opinions) and to lead by example . On matters of life such as career, marriage, w...

Re: The False Prophet
The September/October Bible Seminars have been a staple of the CF program for a few years now. Usually a new book is rolled out and it's a convenient time to reign in the congregations since everyone is expected to attend either Melbourne or Brisbane. The Easter weekend is used in a similar manner. ...

Re: Theological Beatitudes
Blessed are the theologically homeless, for they do not find rest until God is all in all. So many of us have left MCF / SCF / BCF and other groups and found ourselves ‘theologically homeless’. Although we feel lost, vulnerable and confused for quite some time I’m thankful that God doesn’t leave us...
