How are the people of Highlands Christian Fellowship / NSW?

Does anyone know how the people of NSW / Sydney / Bowral / Highlands Christian Fellowship are going and who has influence and power over their lives?

This was the branch of Christian Fellowship I was connected to.
Tim Maurice is the man at the top of NSW. He took over from Frank Van Netten in 2006 and has since been moving all the resources (money, property and people) to Bowral. The Campbelltown hall was renovated in 2016 and 2017 but it is very rarely used anymore. Most of SCF have moved to the Highlands and the people still in Sydney region mostly travel there. The Newcastle branch has only about 10 people left, they travel to Bowral most weekends however the leader of this tiny group is Clay Williams. I am not sure how many are still in the Forster branch.
In recent weeks they have been speaking about a new block of land they have acquired and are looking to build a new building. Once that has been finished the plan will be to sell the current site in Bowral and probably the Campbelltown one as well.

Does anyone know the history of Highlands Christian Fellowship (or the other NSW CFs)?

Does it go back to the 1950s like other groups? When did it join CFs? How did is start?

How did the current leaders such as David Thompson and his son Jonothan Thompson and Timothy Maurice become leaders and what is their background, profession and history?

The 'Thompson' family are from NSW /Bowral. The query is about them.

There is another family 'Thomson' (no 'p') with a David and John (set free) are from Victoria and are not leadership or any relation to the NSW / Bowral 'Thompsons'.
