Rebuilding after leaving CF

To all those who told me my life would amount to nothing

After leaving CF I became interested in building guitars. This week I had my second renowned musician play my guitars that I have built.

A few years ago I was privileged to hand my classical guitar to Slava & Leonard Grigoryan (Grigoryan Brothers) to play.
The second was country music legend Troy Cassar Daley. I built a 12 string guitar in honor of my pop. I handed this guitar to Troy this week to have a play.
Both the Grigoryan Brothers and Troy Cassar Daley were thrilled to be able to play such personal instruments and commented on the quality of these instruments. Not just look but tone and playability as well.

Was I proud. You bet!
Is this wrong? Absolutely Not!
being proud of your achievements, or put another way a healthy level of pride, is not prideful, which by definition means "having an excessively high opinion of yourself"

I have been able to peruse my dreams and allow my interest to connect me with some incredible people.

For those who may not know, the Grigoryan Brothers are in the royalty of classical music guitar playing in this country and are recognised in the global scene. Having them walk in your front door to begin with means that you are on the Olympic team already.

It is always sad and disappointing that xCF does not celebrate its high achievers, but often seeks to control and sometimes suppress.

I can simply express and acknowledge the supreme skills that BreakFree has a creator and luthier. These are skills and gifts that are very close to creation itself.
